The staff were very friendly, the location was exactly as in the advertisement pictures - absolutely beautiful, the breakfast was excellent, the room was welcoming. Everything was perfect. The only downside is the fairly limited parking availability - but that was sorted out without a problem.

The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and efficient - they go out of their way to make your stay a great one. I had a sea view room, which I would recommend...very comfortable and a good size, with a stunning view. I saw whales sporting out in the bay, which was a treat. The position of the hotel is prime. The fresh baked breakfast muffins and croissants were yummy.

The location was perfect, right on the sea front and easy to get to the shops and to Boulders Point to see the penguins. We found the hotel to be attractive and pleasant. It is blue and white inside and reminiscent of a ship. The room was of a reasonable size and we had a sea view.
No free wi-fi.
